CHEAT SHEET & MANUFACTURER'S USER MANUAL ATTACHED Basic Call Features Placing a call Using the handset: Pick up the handset. Enter the number/extension, press the Send softkey or wait for the call to start. Using the speakerphone: With the handset on-hook, dial the number/extension you wish to call. Press the Speaker button. Using the headset: With the headset connected, dial the number/extension you wish to call. Press the Headset button. Note: During a call, you can alternate between the headset, hands-free speakerphone and handset modes by pressing the Headset key, Speaker button or picking up the handset. Answering a call Using the handset: Pick up the handset. Using speakerphone: Press the Speaker button. Using the headset: Press the Headset button. Ending a Call Using the handset: Hang up the handset or press the End Call soft key. Using the speakerphone: Press the Speaker button or press the End Call soft key. Using the headset: Press the End Call soft key. Call Mute and Un-mute Press the Mute button to mute the microphone during a call. Press the Mute button again to un-mute the call. Call Hold and Resume Note: Call hold is only available while you are on an active call. To place a call on hold: Press the Hold soft key during an active call. To resume the call, do one of the following: If there is only one call on hold, press the Resume soft key. If there is more than one call on hold, press Up or Down to select the desired call, and then press the Resume soft key. Call Transfer You can transfer a call in the following ways: Blind Transfer Press the Transfer soft key during an active call. The call is placed on hold. Enter the number you want to transfer to. Press the B Trans soft key. Attended/Soft Transfer Press the Transfer soft key during an active call. The call is placed on hold. Enter the number you want to transfer to, and then press the Send soft key. Speak to the other party, when ready to complete the transfer press the Transfer soft key. Call Conference Press the Conf soft key during an active call. The call is placed on hold. Enter the number of the second party and then press the Send soft Key. Press the Conf soft key again when the second party answers. All parties are now joined in the conference. Press the End Call soft key to disconnect all parties. Advanced Call Features Call Parking You can park a call in the following ways: Call Park Press the More soft key during an active call. Select the Park soft key. Enter the extension you want to park the call to. Press the Park soft key. Group Call Park Press the More soft key during an active call. Select the GPark soft key. The automated attendant will tell you the extension the call was parked on. Call Park Retrieve Dial *68 and the extension you are retrieving the call from. Hoteling Note: While hoteling the Group Park feature will not work. Logging in on a host device Press the GuestIn soft key. Enter your full user ID and password. Select the Login soft key. The device will update to show your extension, you will then make/receive calls as your own extension instead of the host device. Logging out of a host device Press the GuestOut soft key. Egnyte/Authy App Set Up
EGNYTE/AUTHY SET UP Click Accept Invitation on the Egnyte invite email you receive. 2. After being re-directed to the Egnyte link, click Get Started. 3. You will now need to download the Authy in your app store. Enter your phone number and email, click OK then SMS for account verification. Enter the verification code you receive and click Allow for notifications. 4. Click the settings button in the top right corner, then click Requests. Enable the Allow Approval from Notifications (make sure it is green). 5. After completing, click + Add Account on the app and scan the QR code on the computer screen, type in the security code provided then click Verify. 6. Account should now be added successfully.

How to Create One-Time Passwords in IT Glue
Creating One-Time Password in IT Glue (For Multiple Admin Users) In IT Glue, navigate to Organization > Select Client. Click Passwords > + New > Password. Enter your secret key in the One-time Password field from any third-party authentication application that you used to create the OTP. Start by signing into the O365 portal and click Next. Select Mobile App > Use verification code then click Set up. Click Configure app without notifications > then copy and paste the Secret Key into the IT Glue password page (then click Save), then click Next on the O365 page. After you click Next on the O365 page, click Next again to enter the generated One-Time Password from IT Glue. Once that is verified, you will be asked for additional security information then click Done.

How to Setup Fujitsu Scanner
FUJITSU SCANNER SET UP Connect scanner to docking station or computer via USB cable. Install Fujitsu scanner driver by going to https://www.pfu.ricoh.com/global/scanners/fi/dl/ then select the Series and Scanner model then the Target OS of the computer. Download PaperStream IP TWAIN driver then download PaperStream Capture and enter in the serial number of the scanner. Open ScandAll Pro installer and follow completion steps. Open ScanAll Pro and select Scan > Select Scanner > PaperStream IP fi-7030. Select Scan Settings > Browse > Desktop > Scans > Ok. This will save scanned files into the Scans folder. Select Batch Scan Settings > Add Profile 1 > Ok > Close. Select Tool > Preferences > Event > Change do nothing on Scan to Profile 1 > Apply > Ok. Open Settings > Bluetooth & Devices > fi-7030 > Scanner properties > Properties > Events > Check Start this Program: ScandAll Pro > Ok. Test scans by clicking scan button on the scanner, where it should successfully open the scanned document into ScandAll Pro.

SAP Concur Login - Authenticator
Install the Microsoft Authenticator app on the user's cell phone. Log into concursolutions.com on a separate device. (Computer, tablet or cell phone) Open the Microsoft Authenticator app > click + sign > Add Other account > Scan QR code. After scanning QR code > enter in Authentication code shown in app > click Sign-in. Sign out of the account on the separate device, then repeat steps above on the actual device. RESET CONCUR AUTHENTICATION Sign into concursolutions.com on a device other than the user's cell phone (this is because the user will need to scan the QR code from their cell phone on the device) > select Unable to enter authentication code > email will be sent to reset Authentication. Open the Concur Authentication email link through the user's email > sign-in > then restart the Authentication process as shown above.
