SAP Concur Login - Authenticator

Install the Microsoft Authenticator app on the user's cell phone.
Log into concursolutions.com on a separate device. (Computer, tablet or cell phone)
Open the Microsoft Authenticator app > click + sign > Add Other account > Scan QR code.
After scanning QR code > enter in Authentication code shown in app > click Sign-in.
Sign out of the account on the separate device, then repeat steps above on the actual device.

RESET CONCUR AUTHENTICATION

Sign into concursolutions.com on a device other than the user's cell phone (this is because the user will need to scan the QR code from their cell phone on the device) > select Unable to enter authentication code > email will be sent to reset Authentication.
Open the Concur Authentication email link through the user's email > sign-in > then restart the Authentication process as shown above.
