Terminating User

  1. Log into O365 admin portal > Select User > Block sign-in > Save changes
  2. Select the Mail tab > Convert to shared mailbox > Done
  3. Select the Licenses tab > Uncheck all licenses > Save Changes
  4. Log into Proofpoint portal > search for Client > User Management > Users > Select User > Mass update users > change role to Functional Account > Update users
  5. Sign into ESET portal > Targets / Groups > Manage Targets > click down arrow on the right side of the page on the User > Deactivate
  6. If applicable, log into GoFormz portal > select your initials at the top right of the page > Users & groups > select Active button on User to deactivate > Yes
  7. If applicable, log into Egnyte portal > select your initials at the top right of the page > select your name > Users & Groups > select user > deactivate
