How to Create One-Time Passwords in IT Glue

In IT Glue, navigate to Organization > Select Client. Click Passwords > + New > Password.
- Enter your secret key in the One-time Password field from any third-party authentication application that you used to create the OTP. Start by signing into the O365 portal and click Next.

Select Mobile App > Use verification code then click Set up.
- Click Configure app without notifications > then copy and paste the Secret Key into the IT Glue password page (then click Save), then click Next on the O365 page.
- After you click Next on the O365 page, click Next again to enter the generated One-Time Password from IT Glue.
- Once that is verified, you will be asked for additional security information then click Done.
