IDV - Sage Data I\O Error
To fix the Sage "Data folder open validation I/O error" do the following:
1. Change the local PC Administrator password to IDVllc10375
2. Open Control Panel, Administrative Tools, Services
3. Right-click on the "Actian PSQL" service and choose Properties
4. Click on the Log On tab and change the "Log on as:" option to "This account" and type Administrator in the Username box, then enter the new password in the Password and Confirm Password boxes.
5. Click on the General tab and click Stop (to stop the service) - this may take a while and may generate an error about the service not being able to start - just click OK to the error message
6. Restart the PC
7. Log in as the new user account and try to start Sage. This time it should connect without any issues.
